Grab your mat and take the time to do this practice. Yoga helps you to stay strong and stable and also teaches you how to relax and breathe through discomfort.
Sunday Stretch
Training Information
Difficulty: Beginner - Intermediate
Workout Time: 20 Minutes
Please take the time to give your hips and IT bands some love. Do this barefoot.
